This particular house was another retired military owner who had moved on and tried to be a landlord. They originally used a management company but it was actually cost them money so they decided to try it themselves. After an extensive eviction process they contacted us.
We talked on the phone, viewed the house via a video walkthrough, made an offer, closed the deal, and started making the payment 45 days later. The house needed only minor interior repairs and (our also retired military) handyman was able to complete all of the necessary updates and repairs easily. This particular tenant buyer decided they wanted to relocate so we replaced them with a deserving family who had been through a life event. Once again a seller who needed relief and a buyer who needed a break were brought together via a nontraditional deal.
