This particular seller had gone through a divorce and had relocated a great distance away. This house was in a beautiful location. It was in a newer yet established neighborhood adjacent to one of the best elementary schools in the state. The owner had first tried selling the house then tried being a landlord twice. Both times that failed requiring somewhat extensive repairs. Since this seller lived a great distance away we made a deal based upon a final inspection of the house.
